The Service Excellence award recognises small businesses that consistently deliver outstanding client service, underpinned by strong values, deep understanding and a commitment to continuous improvement. To receive this recognition at a regional level is a significant milestone for our team and a reflection of how seriously we take the experience of every client we work with.
This latest award builds on what has already been a standout year for Smith Goodfellow. In 2025, we were also named Small Business of the Year at the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce Excellence Awards, and shortlisted for Best Brand and Positioning at the Construction Marketing Awards 2025.
