Smith Goodfellow Commits to Excellence as a ‘Good Employment Charter’ Member

Construction public relations and marketing consultancy, Smith Goodfellow, has gone through a comprehensive assessment and technical panel review for the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter and has been granted Member status!

The Charter is a voluntary scheme which demonstrates a commitment to achieving excellence in workplace standards, underpinned by a recognition of positive equality, diversity, and inclusion practice. It assesses applicants in secure work, flexible work, engagement & voice, recruitment, people management, health & wellbeing, and pay. In other areas of the business, the company has also taken steps to reduce vulnerability to cyber criminals, embarking on an intensive cybersecurity programme and assessment with Cybione, and becoming Cyber Essentials certified. As part of this security partnership, the team took part in an audit, and receive ongoing training to constantly improve internal processes, helping to protect the business, the clients, and themselves.
