Our strategic campaign to deliver industry education to professionals was an award-winning solution for Siderise.
As part of their commitment to excellence and integrity, Siderise were seeking to deliver useful educational content to support professionals, addressing issues such as the general lack of understanding of passive fire protection in the market, and the degree of misinformation and exaggerated claims being disseminated in some quarters.
We set out to develop a strategic cross-market communications plan designed to achieve the following goals:
To achieve this, we divided our strategy into three pillars that map to the central stages of the RIBA Plan of Works , from conception to installation. This allowed us to begin with more top-level content which then became increasingly specific, technical, and regionalised—thus accounting for the various levels of knowledge in the global marketplace.
